Research shows that women crave an emotional and spiritual connection, and that if they receive it, they are ten times more likely to maintain a sense of well-being, balance and resilience. Stress experts agree that emotional support is key for modern women trying to keep it all together. Grace's Goddess Club is a unique woman's gathering designed and intended as monthly "maintenance" for women who complete the Take the Step Intensive, but also open to any woman wanting a more conscious life. You'll be inspired by Grace's wisdom, knowledge and compassion and you'll have an opportunity to share your story and make heartfelt connections with other women on the Spiritual Path.

Jan 13/10-Hopes, Dreams & Intentions for 2010 They say that the Power of Intention sets the course for the Results in your life, so what are your "intentions" for 2010? Another year older, so what do you really want to create?  What projects have been on the backburner? What priorities have been ignored? What changes need to be made? Tonight you'll get a chance to dream big about what you really want and learn to create Intention & Vision for the key areas of your life so that you can allow abundance, success and peace of mind to flow your way in 2010.

Feb 24/10-Anger, Rage and the Inner Bitch  This is the month of love, so why is it that the majority of women in relationships are angry, frustrated and fed up? Why are we so angry and how do we diffuse this powerful surge of energy into something good, so that it does not destroy our health and happiness? Bring your anger  tonight and do not feel ashamed. Anger defines our boundaries, our integrity and our sense of Self. Grace will teach you positive ways of handling this powerful emotion so that you can stop "leaking" your inner Bitch onto those you love.

Mar 23/10 (Tuesday)-Join us for the 7th Anniversary of the Goddess Club. You must register for this Goddess Club - no walk inns. Celebratory Dinner at Thai Senses 5 PM. Tonight's topic is Changing Negative Beliefs with Psych-K. According to scientists, beliefs are responsible for all results that you get in your life, they can program you for success or failure, they can even change your DNA!  But what if you have limiting, negative beliefs, what then? How do we change these negative "subconscious files"  into supportive and life affirming programs?  Enter Psych-K, a therapy so powerful that it can change beliefs in minutes! According to Bruce Lipton, the author of the Biology of Belief, "Psych-K is the only method for transforming negative beliefs into positive ones".  Tonight you will learn two Psych-K techniques that will help you "clean up" some of your negative "files" so that you can achieve your full potential and feel the peace of mind you crave.

Apr 7/10-Healing your Perfectionism  For many women their self esteem is closely connected with perfectionism, and their ability to keep it looking perfect on the outside. But on the inside, this  need to be "perfect" comes at a great cost to our personal happiness. Are you in denial about your perfectionism? Do you want to get underneath it and understand the source? Find out why perfectionism is insidious and what the personal cost is for most women.

May 12/10-How to say "No" & Mean it: Assertiveness for Women Have you lost opportunities to others because people see you as passive and ineffective? Or are you one of those women that people avoid because you have an aggressive "edge"? And what exactly is passive aggressive behaviour anyway? These are the topics Grace will address tonight, something very useful for women. You will learn and get to practice 5 top Assertiveness techniques that you can use immediately at home and at work for greater confidence and effectiveness.

July 8/10 Passion, Purpose & Potential Are you plugged into passion? Do you feel your life has meaning and purpose? Have you realized your potential or are you frustrated because you can't really seem to contribute your value to the world.  Regardless of your education or your work, everyone has the right to play their song with 88 keys of the piano--that's what it means to live your potential according to passion and purpose. Tonight, you'll be given specific interactive exercises to get you peeling your passion onion and plug into your purpose and potential. It will be an inspirational, entertaining and high octane seminar designed for your advancement in life both personally and professionally.

"I came to the father/daughter goddess club in June. I just wanted to let you know that I love the way you conducted the whole evening.
